US Health Authorities Ramp Up Bird Flu Vaccine Deployment Plans

US Health Authorities Preparing for Bird Flu Vaccine Deployment

US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Proceeds with Bird Flu Vaccination Production

The Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota issued a news brief on Wednesday, revealing that the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is proceeding with the production of 4.8 million H5N1 avian influenza (bird flu) vaccines. The clinical trials for this vaccine have been ongoing since 2005.

Manufacturing Line Identified for Vaccine Production

The news brief quoted Dawn O'Connell, JD, stating that a manufacturing line has been identified for the vaccine's fill-and-finish steps, without disrupting the production of the seasonal flu vaccine. The vaccine is currently in bulk form and will be produced in multi-dose vials. The process of filling and finishing the vaccine doses takes a couple of months, which would save time if a vaccine is needed urgently.

Federal Agencies Discussing Vaccine Deployment Triggers

The news brief also mentioned that federal agencies are in active discussions about the key triggers for deploying the H5N1 vaccine doses. Talks are also ongoing with mRNA vaccine makers Pfizer and Moderna, with an announcement on their involvement in vaccine development expected soon.

Discussion on New Bird Flu Vaccines

Dr. Peter McCullough discussed one of the more alarming new bird flu vaccines on The Santilli Report. He mentioned the development of self-replicating messenger RNA bird flu vaccines for humans.

Potential Triggers for Public Injection Identified

Nirav Shah, MD, JD, principal deputy director at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), proposed potential triggers for public injection. These could include a change in transmission propensity, such as human-to-human in addition to animal-to-human spread, and any sign of increased illness severity. A change in the complexion of the cases, such as H5N1 infections in people with no epidemiologic links to affected dairy farms, might also be a trigger.

Preparation for Virus Jump to Humans

The vaccination plan follows the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Dr. Robert Califf's statement to a Senate Appropriations subcommittee that his agency is preparing for the virus to make the jump to humans. There have also been government alerts about the bird flu being found in cows' milk.

Reports of Bird Flu Being Weaponized

There have been reports that the bird flu has been weaponized through gain-of-function research. This is a significant concern as the virus continues to spread.
